When it comes to Organizational development, we have to understand that it is closely inter connected with the development of that Organization’s work force. A Firm as a whole can only develop when the individuals working in it are developing. So the former highly depends on the latter. The area of a firm or organizations growth is about expertise, effectiveness and motivational level of its human resource.
An Organization/ firm should constantly aims that its workforce is improving on their professional as well as technical knowledge & skills. A training of use of advanced techniques will not only help the Individual to grow, but it will also help the Organization as a whole to develop.

Current Career or IT training programs are aimed to train individuals to not only think for their personal career goals, but also helps them to develop the knowledge required to bring efficiency in their workplace.
