Methods of Training employees
The process to train a firm’s workforce is structured in
accordance with the overall goal of the firm, and includes program and methods to
maximize employees’ productivity. Some of the most common process of employee
training is as follows:
1. Forming a Separate Organization/ Area for
continuous training of important programs - a process common among big
multinational firms.
2. Training within the workplace during work hours,
where you train a newcomer with an experienced manager/employee of the firm to
develop and guide the new employee with the process and work stages.
3. Training in the Career centers – This is a
costly method but can give maximum benefits. Here a firm sends its employees to
specialized career development schools for training in various programs, or for
the development of a specific know-how/ technology that are used within the
firm, or if there is a need for future projects.
